1. What you need to buy essentially for Indian Abacus on line coaching:
The student of Indian Abacus choosing to take On-line coaching primarily requires an Abacus Tool. Both Indian Abacus Digital and Indian Abacus Non-digital tools support the learning of Indian Abacus Program, so the student can procure one of these. By using Indian Abacus-digital, the key board and mouse usage of the system are not required except for opening the portal and logging in, whereas usage of Indian Abacus-Non digital calls for continuous usage of the Key board and the mouse facility of the desktop / laptop. Using the digital tool the child can directly submit the answers from the tool to the computer / laptop system through the USB and the connector cable. The answers are submitted on to the portal page which the student is working on. Once the student pays & registers for the On-line Coaching Program after buying the tool of the student’s choice, access to the program site can be established using the User ID and Password allotted to the student to start learning. The Course material – the books A & B for each level - will be also received by the student for reference and usage if required for off-line practice.The first time logging in enables the student to take possession of the program level purchased. The student could then change the password to ensure confidentiality.
Indian Abacus - program books for the 1st level (Starters) - or for that matter any level would be part of the Program package. There will be two books for the 1st level and for every level, thereafter, books A & B; both, together, comprise the syllabus content for the Starters or any level for that matter. The set of books provided to the student for each level are of International standard, the syllabus content of which has been prepared by the experts in the field of Abacus coaching and also those training the faculty.
2. How to buy:

When you buy 1st Level Course, i.e. Starters level, you need to buy the entire courseware, i.e. Both the items mentioned above. Hence you should tick the two boxes when you buy 1st level. Whereas when you buy any other level, you need to buy the online program of the level which includes the Program books for the level. There would not be a need to buy the Indian Abacus tool once again, though you are permitted to buy the tool also by choosing and making payment for the same. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed and payment is made. INDIAN ABACUS reserves the right to allocate sales and limit quantities of Indian Abacus - Digital.

Domestic Orders (within India)
Course material gets dispatched to the customer within 5-7 business days. Shipping / transporting within India will usually be by Air Courier of your choice. They usually deliver next day in all metro cities; other places may take 2-3 days. We might have to ship by registered post / speed post if your area is not covered by courier. Once your order is shipped, we provide courier details by email so you can track your package from courier's site.
At the time of delivery of the item no need to pay anything because the total amount charged at the time of placing the order is inclusive of shipping charges,.However, Octroi and Govt. levies specific to the state / region, charges will have to be paid by you at the time of delivery.
International Orders (outside India)

With all shipping methods, the quoted times are best possible. In the real world, we find that shipments may often be delayed by Customs processing in the receiving country. Customs processing in the destination country may require you to pay duty or tax before you collect your parcel - if your local postal delivery service has problems contacting you the parcel may remain undelivered in your country until this is resolved.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The following are the terms and conditions for the sale of course material, the Course and the Assessment leading to certification for Indian Abacus Program.
RETURNS
Customer must notify Indian abacus within 3 days after received course materials. If Indian abacus agrees to accept a return, return freight charges must be prepaid by customer.
SALES TAX
Indian Shipments
Indian Abacus Company will collect Excise duty, Central and / or State Sales Tax and other levies, if any for all shipments made by the company. These taxes are in addition to the purchase price of the course material subject to an order. Customer will remit the correct tax unless customer is tax exempt and Indian abacus company is provided a valid signed tax exemption certificate before shipment.
International Shipments
All applicable VAT and other Govt. levies, if any, will be the responsibility of the Customer and due at the time of delivery.
DELIVERY AND TITLE
All shipments by Indian Abacus will be through Courier service, as mentioned in Shipment clause, subject to Indian abacus's right of stoppage in transit. Delivery of the course material to the carrier will constitute delivery to Customer and the title and risk of loss will be passed on to Customer. Indian abacus will make reasonable efforts to initiate shipment and schedule delivery as close as possible to customer's requested delivery date(s). Customer acknowledges that delivery dates provided by Indian abacus are estimates only and that Indian abacus will not be liable for failure to deliver on such dates. Selection of the carrier and delivery route will be made by Indian abacus unless specifically designated by Customer.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our offer of Online program to the student / user includes software or other intellectual property provided by Indian Abacus is subject to the copyright and user license.
FORCE MAJEURE
INDIAN Abacus will not be liable for delays in delivery or for failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, product allocations, material shortages, labour disputes, transportation delays, unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, acts or omissions of other parties, acts or omissions of civil or military authorities, Government priorities, fires, strikes, floods, severe weather conditions, computer interruptions, terrorism, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, riots or war. Indian abacus's time for delivery or performance will be extended by the period of such delay or Indian abacus may, at its option, cancel any order or remaining part thereof, without liability by giving notice to Customer.
